Monsieur Jacque F.W.,
Never have I seen, or had knowledge of, these Studebaker Lark Daytona's. Albeit I an not a historian of your Yankee motor cars. Are any such examples still competing there in Historic (Vintage) events?

Yup....in the waning days of STUDEBAKERS in 1963 and 1964, there were Lark "R" model motored cars and 4 speeds, the R4 and 2 x 4 barrel carbs and the R3's had Paxton blowers. The #11 car above is a 1964. The 119 car is a 1963 car. This last gasp was a Bonnevile attack in August 1963 with the new 1964 cars by the Granatelli's, shop in California. Tons of money was spent motor wise and "factory" prep. 349 records were gained on the salt that year.
Not too many were sold and thus there probably were (are) raced.
